{Crochet} C2C Crochet Easter Eggs

Stitch Fiddle makes designing your own C2C blocks simple and fun! For Easter I played around with some sweet Easter Eggs for you to crochet!

Morning lovely!

I have a fun Easter project to share with you today. The C2C Easter Eggs is a sweet and simple rectangular block to crochet and use for Easter projects.

I used Stitch Fiddle again to design a these sweet C2C Easter Eggs pattern for you. They make the design process very easy and it's a lot of fun - you have to try it yourself!

If you're unfamiliar with C2C, it's very addictive and a fun way to crochet and these Easter eggs are super fun to crochet.

Make and Do Crew has a very detailed tutorial that includes how to crochet a C2C block and design your own projects in Stitch Fiddle, and how to increase and decrease, change colours and weave in those ends.

It also explains how to read a graph and all tools and stitches you need to get started. It's a very comprehensive tutorial and you can find it HERE

I decided to include both a graph and a written pattern for my C2C Crochet Easter Eggs to make it super easy for you, but first let's look at the materials etc. I used for this block.

This is a 15 x 32 C2C block pattern and I decided to shop my yarn stash choosing an array of different 8ply yarns and a 3.75mm crochet hook. It made a bulky, cosy block and I think I'll use this as a cushion front.

My block finished at approx. 9" x 21", but different yarns and hooks will alter this size.

You'll only need five colours for this block - white (W), teal (T), pink (P), burgundy (B) and green (G) and I used around 50g of white and under 25g of each of the contrasting colours.

So, let's crochet:
