Seasonal Samplers

I have always loved Samplers! Whenever we visit the old homes my eyes are scouring the walls for an antique sampler. I love that many of them were completed by very young girls. It was part of their education to stitch these little lovelies (cant imagine them being taught in school nowdays!!). The ones completed by older women were a chance to show off their fine stitching skills and of course tended to be more intricate!

So I have designed a set of Seasonal Samplers. First theres Autumn and Winter:

Each pattern comes with 2 complete alphabets. One is for you to add your name and date at the bottom and the other is if you wish to personalise your sampler by changing the description of what each season means to you!! Heres Spring and Summer:

There are 2 designs in each pattern and I have 2 sets up for "giveaway". Just leave a comment on this post and the RNG will draw 2 winners later in the week. Please remember if you are a "no reply" commentor to leave your email address as well so I can contact you! Good luck!

Thanks to everyone for the Anniversary wishes! I have not been able to reply to everyone's comment but they were truely appreciated!

Those are adorable! I just finished my Angel stitchery I purchased from you. I now have to shop for border fabrics. It was such a fun stitchery, I really enjoyed it.

Us ladies over at quiltville chat were admiring your Double Delight. border! Fantastic.
I was hoping you would post your picture in our done done album but then I couldn't find you as a member
of our group. So did you do the mystery from Bonnie's blog?
It is so beautiful and so is your blog.

Hi Rose,
I have started a BOM Family Values from Country Quilter. However, I haven't been able to get in touch with them. I still don't have the last 4 blocks 9-12. Do you know where I can get them or can you supply them to me. The quilt is for my daughter's 21st. It would be a shame not to be able to complete the quilt.
