There is a Star block and an Applique Block in each one. I have so many favorites, its hard to chose which ones to use!!
The Bee and the Berries!!
Notice the Grandmothers Fan, this was the first time I have attempted one but it was quick and easy and I think it looks lovely. Im going to try a Dresden Plate for Block 9.
Now the little Bunny in the Daffodils was my favorite until:
The sleeping Puppy (hes actually from Block 8 but I had to share!!)
Im way ahead of schedule on this one. Its due to be released at the Hobart Quilt and Craft Fair at the end of June (which is really exciting!!!) I have a few plans for borders and then its off to the quilters while I start writing the patterns....a huge job Im sure!!
Just lovely Rose, how wonderful that you're ahead of schedule.
ReplyDeleteI can hardly wait for this pattern to become available. I think this one is going to be my favorite of all the ones that you have done.

ReplyDeleteI always love your patterns. Hopefully we will see them in the US soon.
ReplyDeleteOh, I posted a comment but I don't think it went through - so sorry if you recieve two comments full of gushing from me! Lol* (Although, it's the gushing comments I always enjoy most on my own blog, so maybe it's not so bad if I post twice? Lol*)
ReplyDeleteThis is just SO beautiful. The more I look at it, the more I want to make it! Lol* I can't wait to see it finished...and as always, I just want to EAT the FABRIC! Delicious!!! :) I'd be a much larger woman (not that I need to grow any) if fabric were edible. *winks*
This is so beautiful. I want to buy it!!!
ReplyDeleteDear Rose, this is just incredible! I LOVE the Grandmother's Fan block and the Bee stitchery. Is this a really big quilt? I can't wait until the unveiling. Hugs, Julie
