Lady Maria

This sweet little face needed a new home so she has come to live with us. Her name is Maria (Cohen named her) and she is such a placid little thing!!
She has made herself at home on the sunroom couch after a very tiring exploration of the house.
It has been years since we owned a cat and to see the joy on the faces of the children when they saw her, was a great indication of a good decision!!

ReplyDeleteOh, she is pretty! Hope she will feel right at home with you - the sunroom couch isn't the worst place i the house to occupy :o) Now how is she getting along with Mixie? They would certainly look good together - all in black and white *lol*

Moggie here says to tell you that you have done well. Houses need cats.
ReplyDeleteWe shall not go into what cats need, but Mummy's lap comes close....
Oh, she is so cute. We can't have any cats at our house, my son is extremely allergic to them.
ReplyDeleteWelcome Maria! She is such a cutie. I'm sure she will bring lots of joy to you and your family.

ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet little face... she will soon be ruling the roost.
ReplyDeleteShe's adorable, Rose. Hope to see lots more pictures of her - cats and quilts go together beautifully.
ReplyDeleteShe is so beautiful, she looks like a very gentle, loving soul.
ReplyDeleteShe is just beautiful Rose. Don't show my kids, they have been bugging me for a cat for ages. But DH gets all sneezy around cats.
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your new family member, and that she will become. Cats just make themselves at home and soon take over.
