Seven inspiring projects, seven talented makers! Quilting, crochet and baking links to inspire you to create every day of the week!
How do you celebrate Halloween?
I host a girl's spooky movie night every year (some of us dress up) and then I throw a small party for our grandchildren with lots of treats and rarely any tricks. We bake, craft and watch Sesame Street Halloween episodes over and over. It's a fun day!
I hope the following seven projects help you plan your special celebrations. Let's go:
- If you're looking for some fun Free Halloween Fonts For Cricut then take a look at Sunny SVG's post. There are twelve free fonts to download and six fonts that require payment. I used some of these for the kids Halloween cards and to decal mugs to gift to my girlfriends. They create the Halloween vibe.
- How delicious do the Maple Pumpkin Cream Puff Bites look? Or though they're not spooky, they will add the flavours of the Halloween season to your table. They're perfect for sharing and the recipe is easier than it looks, and the cream puffs are a crowd pleaser.
- Add some Halloween to your desk or coffee table with the Spooky Halloween Spiderweb Coaster Pattern from Annie Design Crochet. These are cute and fun and a must make this season. They'd also make lovely gifts instead of chocolate and they're a great stash busting project.
- I love the Spooky Hollow Table Runner Pattern from K Lee 2 Strings. You will find this PDF pattern available in their Etsy shop as an instant download and its simple applique that can be used on a variety of projects. Super fun and spooky!
- Grab some felt and the free templates from Stitching Witch Crafts and make your own Witchy Pennants. This project is great for last minute Halloween crafting and I'm sure the kids would love to help with these. The post includes a detailed tutorial, and they will add some fun to your decorating.
- The 30 Minute Night Sky Cupcakes from Dish Dashly look delicious and such a fun mystic addition to your Halloween table. They're a moist dark chocolate cupcake with swirls of vibrant blue, purple and black glittery buttercream and then topped with star sprinkles. Gorgeous!
- The Boo Mini Quilt + Pillow Pattern from Ritual Quilt Company is super cute. The PDF Pattern is for the Pillow but there is a link for the Mini Quilt Pattern. This pattern is available as an instant download and can be purchased from their store.
And that's it for another week. I hope these projects inspired your creativity.
Enjoy the rest of your Sunday lovely. Stay safe and well :)
Happy Week Ending :)
