  101. What a fabulous giveaway! The patterns are fantastic and I love the fabric as well. I am mostly a cross stitch/hardanger enthusiast, however, I did hand-quilt a baby throw "by accident" many years ago. I wanted it to be very "lofty", so when I got ready to machine quilt it, of course, it wouldn't feed through my machine, hence I was forced to hand-quilt it. It was hard work and I stuck myself many times and bled on the sweet little quilt - a fact that the owner was very proud of. I haven't quilted since then, but would like to start incorporating some of my stitching into quilty-type projects, much like your wall hanging! It would be nice to have a serger, but I don't know if that will become a reality or not this year with the economics. . .thanks, brdstitcher at gmail dot com

  102. I have to say that top of my Christmas wish list is a magic fairy to come along and have a jolly good tidy up of my sewing area which bears a striking resemblance to a war zone and I'm so busy I just can't draw up the time and enthusiasm to sort it out despite the fact that I know I'd work more effectively with a clear workspace

  145. My Christmas wish list this year includes nothing for me (which is unusual!!!). After a scary year of job losses, my daughter and husband have jobs again but no health insurance. So...my wish for them is for health insurance for themselves and their 4-year-old daughter. Times are worrisome and this is a constant stress for me. My Christmas would be complete if this wish for them came true.

  153. My christmas wish list. My main thing is to have a more active and involved day with my five young children as last year I had my appendix out a few days before christmas.
Other than that I have asked for a new clothesline, again. Ours doens't go up and down; it is too small for our needs; and it is lopsided as a tree previously fell on it and was welded back together!
I would also love EQ6 and a an adjustable chair for sewing.
However I won't be asking for any of this, just spending the time with my family.
