Week Ending (May 19)

Happy Sunday friends! I hope this week has been a creative one for you. I've got a few projects in various stages of completion to share with you in the coming weeks which I'm excited about, especially my mini for June - die hard paper piecers are going to love this one!
Today I've got seven more fun links from around the internet, so lets get straight to it:

  • First up it this Craft Boho Flower Wall Hanging which I just love. Its a free pattern with lots of photos and videos to help you crochet your own and its a nice alternative to macramé I think. I've added this to my must make list as it will be perfect for a blank wall I have in my sunroom.
  • This Scrap Flower Quilt stopped my mid scroll and I had to go searching for the source. Its a free pattern on the Tilda website and I love the antique feel to this one. Its gorgeous with the yellow background but the blue one is pretty as well. Lovely quilt!
  • This Mocha Chip Biscotti looks absolutely delicious! I need to come up with a reason or an occasion to make this so you're all invited over for coffee on Wednesday, OKKK? ;) Yum, yum, yum, I think I need to make it now!

  • If you love snowflake blocks then this free block pattern Marvelous Millie would be perfect to add to your collection. I love the monochrome look of this one but you could play around with any colour/fabric combination. Have fun!
  • How cute are these Zig Zag Zipper Bags? There's a free tutorial for this tapestry crochet for two sizes and it includes instructions for sewing in the zipper. This could be a fun project to help reduce the yarn stash.

  • While I was looking at the Tilda website I fell in love with these Flower Pincushions. You can never have too many pincushions and these would be a beautiful addition to your sewing room. I like to keep my pretty pinnies on my lamp table next to my recliner and this one would brighten up my little night time crafting space.
  • And lastly, I love crocheting coasters because your stack grows so quickly and they look so pretty around the house. This Spring Blooms Crochet Coaster pattern is a freebie and its definitely one of those patterns you should have in your files.

And that's it for another week. I hope I found something that excites your creativity and gets you creating next week. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday guys!

Happy Week Ending :)
