Biscoff Truffles

Forgot to buy something special for a loved one this Valentine's Day? No time to head to the shops? Give this three ingredient Biscoff Truffles recipe a try, and create something magical!

I have a super easy recipe for you today that's perfect for Valentine's Day, and the best part is these Biscoff Truffles only require three ingredients! That's right, three simple ingredients that you'll most likely have in your pantry!

I'm not sure where I got this recipe from, but it's one I've used over and over again - I would credit the author if I could and give them a huge high five for being so ingenious! They are super delicious and to be honest, these truffles are way better than store brought chocolates.

Biscoff Truffles are perfect for any occasion, or no occasion at all really - no judgement from me! ;)

For these Biscoff Truffles you'll need some good quality dark chocolate, some Biscoff spread (either crunchy or smooth, either works) and desiccated coconut. That's it!

Biscoff spread and biscuits are staples in our pantry. I love the spread on bagels and pikelets, and I add it to baked pancakes and brownies (yum).

Hubby has to have two Biscoff biscuits with his nighttime tea. Seriously, when the shelves were bare in 2020, I was worried about finding toilet paper and essentials like sugar and flour, Les was frantically searching for Biscoff. ;)

I've also adapted this recipe, using peanut butter instead of Biscoff spread, and it works perfectly. Let me know if you try it with any other butters you have in the pantry.

You can also include crushed nuts or Biscoff biscuits to add more texture, and you could roll them in icing sugar, cacao, or chocolate sprinkles for something special. Use this as a base recipe for making a lovely batch of unique and delicious truffles for Valentine's Day.

They don't take long to make, and the rolling can be a little messy, but they're definitely worth getting your hands dirty.

Present them in a heart shaped box, or wrap them in cellophane and attach a gift tag like this one HERE, to gift this Valentine's Day.

Make sure you give this Biscoff Truffles recipe a try. I promise you won't be disappointed.
