Have you started planning for Christmas yet? If you need a planner to keep all your ideas, recipes, to do lists etc., make sure you download my free Christmas Planner HERE. I find this planner to be invaluable at this time of the year as all my lists are together and I simply reprint new pages each year to plan for Christmas.
Don't forget to download my Free 2024 Calendar as well. I released this earlier in the week and it's a great tool for keep your crafty projects organised during the year.
I did find you some crafty Christmas inspiration, so let's go:
- How sweet is the Happy Holly-Days Table Runner pattern available on Michael Miller Fabrics? This simple design would make a powerful impact on your table this season. It's fresh and modern and a fun way to celebrate Christmas.
- Crochet the gorgeous Christmas Landscape Sweater from Hobbii. There's lots of fun detail to crochet and the pattern is free for you to try. It is for the more experienced crocheter but I'm sure you could search YouTube for assistance with the technique.
- The free Flutterby Crochet Stocking pattern from Crochet Life is super sweet. The best part about this pattern is there's no need to shape the heel or toe and there's also a free pattern linked for matching Christmas coasters which you could add as a gift. Sweet and fun!
- The Almond Florentines recipe not only sounds amazing, but it looks delicious. They are a hybrid cookie of crunchy almond with a spidery caramel that holds everything together. It was the almonds that sealed the deal for me - these are on my Christmas must make list!
- You'll love the free Twinkle Lights Quilt pattern designed by Natalie Crabtree. This beginner friendly pattern will cosy up your Christmas space and add some cheer to your celebrations. It includes a lovely array of blocks to try, and you could use these for other projects as well.
- How yummy does the Holiday Yule Log Cake (Buche De Noel) from A Head of Thyme look? This tender and light chocolate cake is filled with whipped cream and covered in chocolate ganache - simple but classic!
- The Reindeer Coffee Cozy from A Crocheted Simplicity made it start onto my must make list for gifts. This is absolutely adorable and such a fun gift to crochet for friends or neighbours. A great stash buster project as well and a super cute cozy!
And that's it for another week! I hope you found something fun to create!
